How to start a business on Korners?
The first step to starting a business on the Korners platform is registering a business account. Once registered you will receive an email to activate your account. After activation, you can start setting up your business information and appearance. Then select a package that suits your business from the seller's packages and start listing your products and services.
Packages don’t renew automatically, you will need to renew your package monthly to keep your store active.
What is the fee for the business account?
The registration of the business account is free. To start listing, you have to select the package that suits your business among the free and paid packages. Each seller’s package allows a certain number of listings during the subscription period.
How to set up my business Korner?
In the dashboard on the left-hand side menu, use the Koner setting to open the setting form and set up the Korner details and appearance.
How to make a good listing on Korners?
Here are some tips to make a good listing:
- Select eye-catching titles for your listings.
- Put good quality images to show the product's or service's quality.
- Put price per unit or duration( Piece, session, month, week, biweekly, year,...).
- Select proper attributes to describe the listing such as ( sizes, colors, dimensions, weight, area, number of rooms,..etc.).
- Select the location's attribute, this will make it easier for customers to find your listings.
- In the section for “product+stock,” make sure to put the available stock quantity higher than 0, otherwise, the product/service will appear as out of stock in your store.
- Add a clear, detailed description.
Can I list products and/or services in my business Korner?
Yes, in your business Korner you can list products or services or mix. Make sure to select the proper attributes that describe each type. Example for Product: the product price will be per product unit. Such as piece, pack, kg, m, etc. The Product attributes could be Size, color, material type, etc. If you list a real estate, select the proper attributes for real estate listing such as area, number of rooms, and all that apply. Example for Service: the price will be per service unit/duration. Such as monthly subscription, session price,...
How to manage items shipping on Korners?
While adding the listing, you can configure the shipping cost for the listing if there is any cost.
Can I upgrade my package before the end date of my subscription?
To increase the number of allowed listings, you can upgrade your package to a higher one. This will add the new products to your existing limit and extend the duration of time.
What will happen if I don’t renew my Subscription?
When the subscription duration ends, all listings in your korner will be disabled. You have to renew the subscription to be able to publish them again or add new ones. After renewal, you can keep the old listings posted or delete them and list new ones based on your package.
How does the customer pay for ordering products/services?
The customer pays on delivery. Businesses can't get paid online through Korners.
Can I delete an old list and create a new one?
at any time during the subscription duration, you can delete any listing and replace it with a new one.
How to renew my business subscription?
The subscription does not renew automatically. You will need to renew it monthly to keep the store active. To renew your subscription, use the "seller packages" menu to renew or upgrade your package.
Can a business account user buy products and services on Korners?
A Business account users won't be able to purchase products while logging in as a business account. To purchase on Korners website, you must register a customer/personal account.
