Steps to Add New Product:

- Select the Products section from the left-side menu

- Use “add a new product” to start adding new physical products

Tips:

1. Upload All Product Images at Once

To simplify adding product images, go to the “Uploaded Files” section in the left-hand menu. Upload all your product images there first. Then, when adding each product, you can easily select the relevant image from your uploaded files.

2. Save Time by Duplicating Similar Products

If multiple products share similar descriptions, use the “Duplicate” feature to copy an existing product quickly. After duplicating, click “Edit” to update the details as needed, then publish the new product.

3. Product Variation Section:

• Add Product Attributes

You can choose attributes from the standard list or click “Add Attribute” to create custom ones for your product.

• Use Badges to Tell Your Product Story

Highlight product qualities by selecting badges such as “Made in Canada,” “Handmade,” “Natural Ingredients,” and more. These badges will appear on your product page.

• Enable Color Variations

Turn on the Color Options to offer your product in multiple color variants.

• Manage Variations in Pricing & Stock

Once variations are set, you’ll be able to define individual prices and stock quantities for each version in the “Product Price + Stock” section

4. Product listing:

• Assign a Shipping Profile

Every product must be linked to at least one shipping profile to enable proper shipping cost calculation during checkout. If you did not create a shipping profile at this point, you still can create it later and assign products from the “Shipping configuration” menu. 

• Refund Policy for Refundable Products

If your product is refundable, make sure to write a custom refund policy. Otherwise, the system will apply a default one.

• Minimum Stock Requirement

Set the product quantity to more than 1 to prevent the product from being shown as “Out of Stock” on the product page.

• Offer Personalized Products

If you sell customizable items, activate the personalization option. This allows buyers to submit their customization details during checkout.

• Add Product Videos

Enhance your product listing by adding videos. Simply select a supported video platform (YouTube, Vimeo, or Dailymotion) and paste the video URL.

 Product Configuration Highlights:
